Your trainer's work, your own history, and a map of what you trained This exercise, right here Tap History on any exercise while you train and see your records, your best weight at each rep count, your progress, and what you did in past sessions — without leaving the workout you are in. The muscle map Finish a workout and see which muscles you actually worked, on the summary and in your analytics. Your week, from your trainer If a trainer writes your plan, you can now see what you are doing on Thursday, not only today. Their note on an exercise and their comments on a session reach you as well, and a superset or a tempo they prescribed is honoured while you train. For trainers The coaching side is now its own space, with its own tabs and its own home. You choose your role when you sign up and move between the two sides from the main screen. It brings a week schedule that opens on today and starts a session in one tap, a list of the clients who need attention, search in the exercise library, filters on your client list, and assigning a plan or sending a message to a whole group at once. Rest that remembers Set a rest time for an exercise and it comes back next time. Rest two minutes on most things and four on deadlifts, and the app keeps up. Goals for every measurement Set a target for weight, body fat, chest, waist, bicep or thigh. Your weight goal draws a line on the chart and counts down what is left. A chart you can read Weight now shows six months and a full year, and the chart stays scaled to what you actually weighed — a distant goal no longer flattens the line. Programs and templates, tidied Programs and templates each live on one screen now, so it is clearer where a plan comes from and what you can edit. Your data Nothing a trainer writes about you is hidden from you. Your data export now includes what you paid and when. Delete your account and your trainer's copy of your record goes with it. Fixes Bodyweight exercises state their arithmetic once, on the exercise, instead of repeating it under every set. The weekly nudge arrives Saturday morning, while there is still a weekend to train in. Warm-up sets now count the same way everywhere they are totalled. Dates and times follow your language and your clock. Text stays on screen at the largest accessibility text sizes. Resuming a workout started from a template no longer loses its exercises. Sets and reps now count down correctly everywhere a template is summarised. The activity tab's main action works again, and its notifications open the right place.
