About
Your training, as one picture — on iPhone and Apple Watch together. MuscleDial draws an anatomical figure where every muscle glows brighter the more often you train it, so one glance tells you where you stand.
A muscle map, not a logbook. No sets, no reps, no weights to type. Mark what you worked from your wrist between sets, then open your iPhone to read the whole picture. Both devices stay in step, so it never matters which one you reach for.
HOW IT WORKS
Color is the whole interface: one scale from deep burgundy to bright red. The only time a second color appears is when you ask for a suggestion.
Tell MuscleDial how often you get to the gym and it adjusts how far back the map looks, from one week to four. The figure calibrates to your rhythm instead of someone else's.
Ask what to train, and the muscles you have gone longest without working light up. It is a prompt, not a program.
Miss a day? Step back through recent sessions and fill them in. Sessions end and phones stay in lockers.
ON IPHONE
Switch the figure between two modes. In the consistency view it shows where every muscle stands across your whole window. In logging mode, tap a muscle on the figure and it is recorded, with a confirmation. Either way, tapping a muscle tells you how many sessions it has had. There is a list as well, if you would rather work that way, and Stats for how your training is balanced across muscle groups and how it has moved over time. No badges, no streaks to protect.
ON APPLE WATCH
The same two readings as on iPhone, switched with a button: your consistency across the window, or just what you logged that day. Tap the figure to turn it front to back. Turn the Digital Crown to run down the muscle groups, open one, and mark what you trained.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No accounts. No servers of ours. No ads and no tracking of any kind. Your history stays on your devices and in your own iCloud, kept in sync between iPhone and Apple Watch. MuscleDial does not read from or write to Apple Health.
