Best phone scanner, platform lacking tho
I love this scanner and immediately upgraded to Pro. As a graduate student studying immersive tech & communications, we spent one class talking about capturing 3D assets, but I was hooked. This was my first major process upgrade after starting for free on Scaniverse. The resulting quality is unparalleled by anything I captured with Niantic and I’m having a lot of fun testing out the different modes.
I just wish. There were portfolio pages, video export or “share to” (sketchfab, viverse, Instagram etc.)

Good but glitchy
I noticed that, though the scanning does work It gets really glitchy when taking photos/ videos

Errors - Pro Features
Purchased a pro subscription to get LIDAR scanning. I continually get an iOS popup error when trying to use this feature. I requested a refund from the developer, no response, I requested a refund from Apple, it was denied, reached out to the developer again and still no reply. Steer clear of this app.

Good App So Far!
I’ve made 3 scans and they’ve all come out great! You guys should try it!
Does not launch.
Running this on latest iOS, 12 pro max phone.
When launched I register an account ( tried via apple - google - email).
App flashes on to screen then shuts down.
When I relaunch it demands the entire register routine again before crashing again.

It keeps failing when ever I try to generate stuff for my game fix this but awesome quality on my cousins phone

For being free, it’s so good. I appreciate that they don’t force the subscription down your throat, you can make the decision if you want it or not. And honestly the subscription might be worth it, it’s genuinely so good.
Fun tool that creates real 3d images
Only had the app downloaded for 10 minutes and I’ve already create a 3d image of a garden gnome and printed it on a Bambu H2C with no glitches. Now I need to watch the tutorials 🧐

Great for scanning objects
So far this app has worked very well for scanning small objects on a turn table. I am excited to try other things in the future.

LiDAR doesn’t work
Even though i got the new iphone 16, it says I don’t have the lidar sensor even though i did the research and the face id scanner is a lidar scanner.

I’ve tried a few of these systems, this seems to be one of the easiest to get a full model, base included, plus there’s a bunch of video tutorials, delivered in a easy to understand and upbeat manner

Trying to enter a promo code crashes the app
Basic Version UNuseable
Tried multiple times to scan a very simple object with terrible results. Tried photo and LiDAR. Crashed on the very first attempt. I’m okay to pay for better results but £18 / month is insane for an iPhone tool - pro users would use a dedicated scanner.
