One Star because zero isnt allowed
This app is incredibly frustrating to use. There is no feedback or help section to report serious issues like rotten or spoiled food, which is unacceptable for a food service app.
The service is just as disappointing. Employees often appear to be on their phones while customers are left waiting 15–30 minutes for coffee or food. On one occasion, I placed an order and was given a 30-minute pickup time. Even after those 30 minutes had passed, my order hadn’t even been started.
An app that serves food should prioritize food safety, customer service, and basic communication. Instead, this app offers no way to report problems and provides a consistently poor customer experience. I wouldn’t recommend it until these issues are addressed.

PII issue
Writing here in the review because there’s no easy way to request this on company website. The receipt on the takeout box displays in the open my phone number and email address which is personal information should not be displayed. Can you make these changes in the printout please?

This app doesn’t serve any purpose. Looks like 5th grade student developed this app.

This app makes getting points and shopping all areas of my workplace easy.
Cannot press submit button
This app is horrible. Glitchy with a bad UI. I am not able to press the finish button in order to add my work’s cafe to my app
Terrible UI and extremely glitchy
The app has no logical flow of screens. There are several buttons you can click to start an order, some of which are dead ends that require you to restart the app if you make the mistake of clicking. Every time I leave the app and reopen it I have to re-enter the registration code for my workplace, which is extremely frustrating and I cannot understand why the app can’t remember this code. You also have to pay for your order at least 6 times before it goes through, and sometimes you will be charged for every attempt you made. Horrible horrible app
