WHY HAVE AN APP?
Why even have an app if it doesn’t work and wasn’t updated since iPhones had a home button. It’s unusable.
Does not call, sometimes it texts. Almost impossible to search for contacts, as well.
This app hardly works. Interrupts my work at critical moments when I need to send a call or text. The chrome plug-in barely works either. Overall needs to improve.
Poor Customer Service
I haven’t purchased the software yet. I tried out the seven-day free demo, but I found their pricing transparency lacking. I had some straightforward questions but couldn’t get any answers from a phone representative. I was promised a callback within a few hours, but that call never came. I even reached out multiple times on different days. Overall, I’ve been disappointed with their customer service, which seems uninterested even when I try to make a purchase.

This app doesn’t work well at all. Kixie in general is so buggy.

Needs updated
I like having the option to have my work phone go to my personal phone thru this app. However, I am unable to text back if someone messages. It does not show sent messages in the text area. It definitely has some kinks, but there’s potential to be had here.
Amazing Systems
My teams sales & personal sales have done nothing but skyrocket since we started using Kixie.
I wouldn’t listen to any bad reviews about Kixie. People need to learn to set up things correctly & be patient. The only time I have issues is when there is an update and you just reinstall and install it again because the system constantly better. Support is very helpful though. I do highly recommend using the chrome extension instead of this app though. Kixie is primarily. Suited for web base I feel like they are still in the works of actually making their phone app good.

Horrible
This is hands down the most unreliable phone system I have ever used. I rely on it for my business, and it has been nothing but a headache from day one.
I’ve met with their help team more times than I can count, and while they occasionally fix the issue, something always breaks again shortly after, sometimes within hours.
Kixie constantly changes things within our system, and instead of improving, it just creates more issues. I don’t have the flexibility to switch to another provider right now, but if I did, I would drop this app in a heartbeat. If you’re considering Kixie, do not do it. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money. This system is a complete failure.

Has lots of problems.
Works good enough if you are away from a computer and need this to keep in quick touch with clients. But it’s a mess compared to the Desktop plugin. Every time you try to listen to a Voicemail on the app it crashes. And it has messages with clients all out of order, also does not show contact name in messages. Other that that it gets the job done (kinda)

This app has so many bugs and issues, which makes using a nightmare at times. The list is endless so I’m not gonna list them here.

We want to be FREE
Imagine a world where you could forward your Kixie calls to your cell phone if you ever wanted to escape from your desk for a hour or so and not miss a call. Nope. The Kixie app is useless and you will be tethered to your desk with a wire headset as long as you are relying on Kixie.
Terrible App Terrible Service
The app is less than useless. It simply does not work. Answer a call, and try to open the app? You are logged out. Log into the app? Does not register you are in a call. Literally can’t even get back into the native phone app to resume the call. Transferring is non existent. Do not use.
This app is trash

I can’t even log into my employers portal like I can online - so I can’t even use this app. If I put my credentials in, it says user not found. :( it would make my work flow so nice to have kixie on my phone and have it talk to the HubSpot (CRM) app like it does on the computer.
So much potential yet so poor
Simply not good enough. Only allows US calls and no international calls, makes useless for any large business. So many bugs, the online app for chrome is no better, their designers should truly be ashamed that their work in life has amounted to this.
Unresponsive, glitchy and downright terrible.
No updates to this app in 8 months...seems like 7.5 months ago I complained to the developers about all the glitches and they haven’t done anything since.
