Excellent customer service

We have used these locks for years and switched from the regular one to the WiFi one and when it stopped responding to fingerprints they walked us through trouble shooting and replaced it in two days when we couldn’t resolve the problem. The new lock works flawlessly, we are very satisfied and recommend these locks highly!
