Keeps signing me out
It’s getting pretty old to have to sign in again every time I want to use the app. Why automatically sign me out? There’s no reason for it. Nobody asked for that. It’s annoying and making me wish I went with a different product. I will update my amazon review as well.

The newly installed KK Home app for my Veise model VEO12W is working well so far. I am able to remotely lock & unlock my kitchen door to allow workmen or guests to enter, which is super helpful! I was also able to easily add my fingerprint + 4 digit code for family use. The next step is to integrate the app into Alexa with voice commands 👍

Wireless Unlock
We install these locks for my mother who’s having a hard time with the stairs lately. They worked well for about three months and now we constantly having to reset. Receive a message saying that Bluetooth failed to although my Bluetooth connects to my other devices perfectly fine. The error is happening on more than one phone letting me know that it’s the app/device itself. Waste of money.

Well Designed
I found this lock well designed. If you are leaving, it keeps locked and you don’t need to remember to lock it. If you are coming in, you only need to open it once and it will lock by itself automatically or you can lock it immediately by pressing a button once you enter the door. Very easy to use. I don’t need to worry about the keys anymore. Strongly recommended.

No audible alerts on iOS
Had zero issues on android, iOS alerts are pop up only. The audible alert is gone. Seems worthless since I’m not staring at my phone.
Now I have to replaced literally hundreds of locks on all the properties we manage. Seems like a foolish choice to just remove a feature based on some 13 year olds idea of cool.
