Inaccurate
I have this for my new humidor and the humidity it reports is wrong. I put in 2 different Govee readers and both report a different humidity. The temperature is accurate to the Govee but the humidity is off by 10 degrees. So I’m just putting a Govee because it also has an app but it doesn’t charge me for timeline reading history.

Decent but annoying glitches
Calibrating the hygrometers in the app results in the physical hygrometer changing the humidity it shows but in the app the report doesn’t change. Sometimes it updates the reading in the app after a day or so but sometimes it just won’t update in the app at all. So, the app will end up saying a particular hygrometer is reading 73rh (for example) when that physical hygrometer shows 72rh. This has been an issue for about a year for me across all three of my hygrometers. If this gets fixed, I’ll change my rating to 5 stars.

Decent for what it does
Displays the temp and humidity in my humidors using two paired Valets with very few hiccups. I think I’ve had to unpair/reconnect once when I had not gotten refreshed measurements in a couple of days.
I don’t use the inventory tracking feature at all as My Humidor is far more robust.
My biggest complaint is that there is no way to adjust the desired temp and humidity levels - you are stuck with 70 degrees/70% humidity. A lot of aficionados (myself included) store cigars at 65% which means I get daily alerts that my humidity levels are too low. As a result I’ve pretty much tuned out the alerts, which was the main reason I adopted this system. I don’t know how much this app is being maintained but this is a much needed enhancement.

Decent app but doesn’t scale properly on iPhone SE
The app works fine in most cases but its GUI is quite unpolished. On the iPhone SE the GUI doesn’t scale correctly. There are overlapping icons in the Collection menu when using a non-Klaro humidor. The Data History Humidity and Temperature windows lack scroll bars so all the text in the summary box is not visible. This all makes it feel like an unfinished beta version.

App is good but could be much better. The line histogram and battery capacity are nice and very helpful. Basic improvements include fixing the UI to auto resize or adding scroll bars so all content is displayed correctly. For example, in the Your Collection menu the page buttons are covering the 5th item on the list. In the future it would be nice if the Collection had predictive text that would pull cigar info from a database.

App is a little kludgy but gets the job done, tend to loose connection to Hydrometer often .

Klaro Valet
Good but could be great. The app is great but there are some improvements I would love to see. It would be nice if you could connect more than 1 hygrometer to a bridge to allow for several hygrometers to be used inside large cabinet humidors like mine. Another improvement would be for the hygrometer to connect using Bluetooth as well as WiFi. I replaced the hygrometer in my Klaro 50cal Ammo Can travel humidor but it is only useful when near the valet bridge. I have an Inkbird Bluetooth hygrometer that I have to connect to when I take the humidor with me. It would be nice for the Klaro hygrometer to switch to Bluetooth when out of range of the bridge. Another improvement to the app would be for it to allow you to use the same name of cigars. I would like to use the same cigar name and then in notes put the size of the cigar so I could keep track of what sizes I have in each cigar instead of having to group them all together.

Problems Connecting
App will not connect with bridge. Contacted customer support by phone and email and have had no success in finding a solution. Sent back original Valet for replacement and it has same issue. Problem seems to be with the app. Great idea but so far too many bugs.
Latest update
Supposed to fix disconnected hydrometer. Well, it’s now disconnected and I cannot get it reconnected. Rebooted the base. No change. Rebooted the hydrometer. No change. Update seems to do the opposite even though it does look like it is reading the temp and humidity.
Extremely useful
I use the app for the last year. I live in a winter (dry) environment. I applied many recommendations that I received and I confirm how easy it is to manage my collection. Thanks to the Klaro team.
Great App
Helps me keep an eye on the temperature and humidity no matter where I am. Also it helps keep track of how many cigars, and how which cigars I currently have. This is nice, if I unexpectedly stop in a cigar shop, I can check what I have and what I need.

Great app and humidor
The app is fantastic made makes seasoning of the humidor very easy. The case elegance humidor fantastic best humidor I’ve ever ever ever had. Highly recommend the humidor and the app.
Few issues but great customer service
I use the app daily. the cloud service was interrupted twice shortly after getting my humidor, but was quickly resolved. Customer service was prompt and extremely helpful.

I have had for a month or two and I do like it. The app still needs some minor tweaks and during an update I had issues. That being said the guys worked relentlessly in correcting my issue, and added the ability to make comments in the cigar journal !!!
