Won’t give you unlimited washes
The app subscription is the same price as the advertised unlimited washes, but you only get 8 washes total. Go in to a location and buy a membership, the app doesn’t make sense.
FIRST discount code not working for Mississauga location

I bough a Klassic Ceramic Shine Membership on the app using the code FIRST, but in my location (Barrie, ON) doesn’t work. Every time when I try wash I don’t receive the code. This message shows up in my phone: ‘You’re almost there! We can only release a code while you are at the carwash. Please drive to the carwash and try again.’ I’ve my location services in my phone ON and working properly.

App is just about as worse as there customer service when something goes wrong there. Rude owner. Charges me for a month plus a car wash.
Wrong Location
I’m in Barrie and the only location is in Hamilton. The search doesn’t work to find other locations nearer me. Yes, I have location services on. Not impressed

I use car wash at Wilson but app only works for Hamilton? So I can’t prepay or use points anymore. What happened to app????

Worked for like 2 months. But Since august now, the app only recognizes me in Hamilton, ON when I’m in Toronto. When I search to find the location I use, it doesn’t exist apparently.
It’s Been like that for so long now, I don’t know why. I’ve also paid for wash codes using this app and they just up and disappeared on me, had to request several refunds because of it.
Honestly just best to drive in and buy a wash.

Only for use in Hamilton
Got 2 monthly memberships for car washes and I could only use two washes, then the app update came out and now I can’t even use them at the Barrie location, the app only says the Hamilton location is available for use.... waste of money
Fix the location service
Bought a monthly subscription and only the Hamilton location shows up. Canceling until this is fixed
Deleted my car wash location after 1 use
I created my account and had 8 car washes. The washes were for Barrie location. I used the first wash and everything worked fine. The second time I go for a wash only Hamilton location is available. The attendant comes out and informs me if I want to use the app it only works in Hamilton. Useless to me in Barrie. So the new and improved app worked 1 time. Not sure I will bother again, this is my second attempt with the app and it’s not the most convenient location for me, also super annoying to be turned away.
