Amazing idea, takes an absolute eternity to transfer money to the cash card
App is a ways off
You need to work on the app guys. It gives white screen on first open every time. It also took over a week for funds to deposit from my bank.
Do NOT waste your time and credit inquiries
I was excited when I saw this but this whole business is scam... first I have 30K in amex 25K in capital one 18K in chase and this guys game me 2k limit I was like thats fine but after I approved and all this company have so awful way of doing business... Most of the thing they claim like VCC and all is not there well its there but nobody accepts their card so whats point of wasting credit for some trash stuffs ... other rhan that they have mini app which they charge fee to use and no where to be found how to cancle ... whats a scam company

Not ready… feels years away and making some bad choices
I was very excited because I thought there was/is lot of potential. In use it feels cobbled together at best. App experience is clumsy and lacking features; no context or instructions provided for the features that are here… for example a single use or single merchant card allows you to set a limit, but you have to choose how often that limit refreshes (daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly)… there is no option to not reset the limit… feels counter to the point of a single use card. You can’t add notes to a card to record how you used it, what you set it up for, etc. UI feels unpolished and far from complete.
Probably worst of all, they insist there is only one payment option and it’s through a 3rd party payment system called Plaid that requires you log into your bank account(s) via Plaid. Plaid is forced to disclose that they will have access to your balances for your accounts within whichever banking institution you connect, your contact info, routing and account numbers, etc. Totally unacceptable… how is this true of a credit card that is supposed to be about privacy and security?
I’m very disappointed and can’t recommend at all.

Never received my refund
The app was working great until I had an issue with a retailer. The retailer issued me a refund back to my active klutch card and they have given me confirmation transaction id numbers however Klutch support told me to wait and it’s been around a year of me still waiting
App denied
My Appication was denied due to a credit freeze by mistake I lifted it and I was told that they don’t have a option to reapply … bad company
Declined payment
I have submitted a payment and I see it was withdrawn from my checking account. But system shows payment declined. Not worth it, can ruin your credit!
Finally a card with an API
This card is really cool, they give you all your transaction data wherever you want and you can make whatever you want with it.
Great card and the system of the future
Love the flexibility of all of the mini apps. There so much you can do already and I’m excited for all the mini apps that are coming.
No Support
Been trying to contact support for weeks with no luck. Please avoid giving important information to this company. They cannot be trusted.

Not worth it
I saw this app, and loved the idea of it from the beginning. However, when I saw the implementation, it was obvious that it falls short in many ways.
The app seems to have been built by a bunch of junior devs who don’t have much experience building UIs - it’s a bit of an incoherent mess, and they made a lot of straight-up weird design decisions. On top of that, loading times are insanely slow for no good reason, often without so much as a loading spinner or indicator.
They don’t seem to care much about building trust with their customers either; every interaction I had with their team decreased my confidence in what they were doing even more.
All in all, it’s a good idea but I’m going to wait until they improve or someone does it better. Until then, I’m deleting this app.

Good card, poor app
The card seems to work as advertised, but the app is of poor quality.
One thing that the physical card lacks is NFC for check-out terminals that allow you to just tap your card.
The app frequently gets lost in space. In particular, I’m rarely able to rename a virtual card because the operation simply never completes. There are other operations that don’t complete, but I haven’t detected the pattern.
The reason that I need to rename cards is that after entering a name, and tapping on Spending Limit to set a limit, when I type the numerical limit it appends those digits to the card’s name instead of entering them as a limit. When I notice that the limit is still zero (unlimited), I tap again in the limit field and enter the digits properly, but don’t always notice that the digits I entered the first time are now part if the card’s name.

Great concept card, but app is not great
I’m loving the idea of Klutch, I just have issues with the app. The app feels and runs like a webpage. Every tab has to load for a second, the tab bar is small, and the entire app is not easy to navigate. This app needs a UI/UX overhaul. Also does not require a pin or biometric to access by default, it is in settings.
ALSO, my biggest issue, one of the main features of this card is it’s “mini apps”. Which they neglect to tell you that you need a subscription to use them. They are already a credit card company making money that way, I don’t see why they would paywall a main feature when they are trying to gain customers.

I was having some issues at first but customer service has been really good so far so I have raised my rating. I am optimistic for this service and hoping for more improvements.
Amazing!!
This card is so easy to use and saves me time. I set up a couple of automations to help me manage my spending and the app does the rest of the work. I love all the functionality and that I get rewards with no annual fee. I can even add all my physical and virtual cards to my wallet- game changer!

This is absolutely what I have been looking for. Finally a card that does all the things I need and I don’t need to keep trying to optimize with all different cards. The application process is super easy and quick. The app is different than any other card you’ve used, there are so many features!

Great app, great idea
Super easy to get set up and start using. Love being able to create single use cards. As a dev, can’t wait to set up my own mini apps! Seriously though… this app is one of my favorite things of all time.
