No offsite surveillance and no customer support
This works fine when youβre at the site connected to the same network as the cameras. However when you are not connected to the same WiFi, like when u leave ur home, there is no way to connect to the surveillance to watch your place when youβre not there. They only have a support email, which no one ever responds.

No Longer Working
With the launch of the new iPhone came the crash of this app. The app no longer works and consistently crashes. It cannot connect to my cameras and when I try to switch from one camera to another it exits the app. Someone needs to fix this ASAP.

Not Working for LTE Connection!
New Version 3.0.0 does not work for LTE, it only works with WIFI connection. This new version is downgraded from previous version.

[1 Star] First review: The new update is worthless! The suggested replacement, vMEye, isn't much better from a a stability standpoint. I did finally get it to work and although I don't specifically oppose the insertion of iAds as a way for the developer to make a few $ on a free app, the stability and UI of these apps is less than stellar. I would gladly pay for a stable & secure app with a simple and well designed UI.
Seeing as this app is suggested for cam viewing by the manufacturer of my surveillance system you would think (a) that they would develop their own dedicated app or (b) at least be sure that a third party developer would offer one that works.

Great app
Great App.
This is much better than the "KMEye Free" app by DC. I had that one, it was horrible, no dependability; which is what you need when you want to monitor cameras. This app is great, a few little glitches that I easily corrected. I actually downloaded this one and the 4 one, both are dependable and you can't beet the price ($0).

It's ok
Sometimes this works & other times it doesn't. I sent an email to their support desk but never heard back. It will work great for days, then all of a sudden only one camera will work. I've even deleted the app & added it back on.

Do Not Upgrade To Version 2
If you have ver 1.2 your ok, but I let the app update and ver 2.0 is terrible. Cam 1 will work but attempting to view any other cameras just bounces back and forth between buffering and network error. As I fist stated this is not an issue in ver 1.2 and I wish I could go back. I have 2 iPhone 4. One phone I updated and the other I did not. Ver1.2 works and ver 2.0 does not! Use KMEye from David Chaung, it works great

Getting worse
Now with adverts that nobody wants, the images load slower but the adverts load fast. Photos no longer save in album and no sign of videos. Developers should get their act in order!
