Doesn’t work correctly
The app needs environment. The loyalty card doesn’t work properly. It either fails to load or doesn’t open in full view. As a result I cannot be used at checkout , which makes this feature effectively useless.
When I tried to open my loyalty card , it gets stuck on an infinite loading screen and never fully loads. Because of this I cannot access or use it at all.

Being from the US and now living in Exeter, I love the concept of a fully chocolate café. And, I rate the milkshake the best in town.

Confirmation email??
Downloaded the app a week ago. Have asked three times for confirmation email to be sent. No sign of it.
No verification email
I don’t get a verification email on Outlook, please fix
Verification link never arrives
Unable to create an account or login as they continually fail to send me the verification email, similar to another reviewer. My email is linked to the failed account so I can’t try a password change route either…
Crashes
When you click the loyalty app to being up the qr code the app crashes and you have to close the app completely. Been happening for awhile. I’ve deleted and reinstalled and tested on another device and always happens
Unable to login because they won’t send me a verification code
I’m unable to create an account or login, because they continually fail to send me a verification email. My mobile number is now linked the failed account, preventing me from trying to create another account with an alternative email address.

Stopped working
Stopped working and doesn’t load any more, just a spinning circle of doom. Tried deleting and redownloading but that just made the issue worse, now doesn’t function at all.

BEST HOT CHOC
So glad we have this local to us! Always come with my husband, friends & family members - best quality hot chocolate can’t beat it. Open till 9pm which is good because normal cafe’s shut early 👌🏻
