SCAM / FRAUDULENT BUSINESS MODEL
The free trial automatically turned into a paid subscription and I was charged today. I immediately contacted customer support to cancel and requested a refund, but they refused to return my money despite me not using the paid subscription.
What is most concerning is that they knowingly keep the payment and refuse to refund it even when the customer contacts them immediately after being charged. Their response is simply that I should have cancelled earlier.
This is an extremely deceptive and exploitative subscription model. It is deliberately designed to catch customers with automatic renewal and then keep their money when they ask for a refund.
This is a scam and fraudulent business practice. I would NOT recommend this app to anyone. Stay away.

What does that mean taking control out your customer I am so annoyed and frustrated never had issues in the past with any other retailer, really un reasonsable
