i cancelled my free trial, and they still tried to take money out of my account. didn't even use the app. good job i'm poor, and my bank account is empty. jokes on them.

THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY

Awful app, awful communication. They’ll take money from you and say you signed a contract agreeing to it. Disgusting.

Worst experience

I downloaded the app while travelling in Germany, but where I live the service isn’t even available. I genuinely believed I had cancelled the free trial, as I never used the app afterwards. I received no reminder before the annual renewal, only discovered the charge after it happened, cancelled immediately, and requested a refund the same day. Despite never using the renewed subscription, my refund request was refused. Very disappointing customer experience and subscription policy.
