I really enjoy the self-reflection activities, but what I love the most is being able to keep track of my dreams. I dream almost every night, and having them written down feels meaningful to me.

Awful. Don’t download.
To be fair, I know this guy in real life and he’s a raging narcissist. But he asked me to leave a review so here we go.
I signed up for the free trial and that’s as far as I got. No matter what I did, I couldn’t get into the app after signing up for the free trial. So I canceled my subscription.
I had a pretty awful experience with the app and the person who created the app. Good luck.

Clearing the noise
With all the noise of social media and self help content out there this app really works helping me to stay focused and true to who I am and what my ethos is. I don’t need to listen to endless podcasts and others to know myself. I just need to focus on living my authentic self and let the AI in this app analyze and reveal who I really am.
This is better than a therapist, life coach, or self-help seminar to help me become a copy of someone else. I truly do just need to journal and know my higher self to live the life I wish.
