What’s the point!
I downloaded the app thinking it would be easier to use but all it does is add an extra step or two. Not worth using if I have to email myself a link to get logged in when I can just log in on the website 🤦♂️
Doesn’t work well on the latest iPad
While I really like their service, this app is terrible. Over 90% of the time, when I try to take training, the video won’t play, or it opens in a new safari window and completing the test doesn’t complete the course. I’ve reported things multiple times both to the developer, to my IT team, and to my HR team. No solution is in sight and I keep being told I have to take the course on my laptop. Why even offer an app if you can’t make it work.

The Insider Man series is too good!
The app works good on my 10th generation iPad and on my iPhone 15 pro max. I really like the Insider Man series :)
Useless
Not sure the purpose of these trainings, especially when it preaches computer “security” but allows anyone to log into KB4 account without a password. 0 stars
We do it right because we do it twice
Took 3 training classes got a badge for completing 3 training classes. Classes not marked as completed in the app or online. Retaking the classes & screenshots of my completion now.
