What's New in Known

2.1.1

July 17, 2026

1. Signing in is now seamless. We completed major native OAuth integrations, so Google and Apple Sign-In are fully stabilized on iOS. Fewer taps, fewer hiccups. 2. Onboarding is easier and more protected. We built secure, user-id-based recovery flags to prevent duplicate profile states when logging in with social accounts, so your data stays exactly where it should be. 3. “Tips” got a redesign. The tab formerly known as Rituals is now Tips, with a vertical, stacked card-swipe interface that feels much more like scrolling on your favorite social media apps. 4. Symptom displays are now more descriptive. We’ve updated the Circle feed to show logged intensity levels for your symptoms, making communication with friends and partners more detailed. 5. Insights and patterns feel more seamless. We updated the patterns view to make it feel more intuitive to analyze your own cycle. 6. Logging is faster and covers more ground. We streamlined the logging experience and surfaced additional symptoms to track, so your data can get richer without taking up more of your time.

My boyfriend actually understands my cycle now, and that changed everything

Okay I have to talk about this app because it genuinely surprised me.

I always thought I “knew” my period — but Known actually broke it down in a way I never expected. Like, I finally understand the four phases of my cycle, why I feel invincible one week and completely drained the next, why my appetite and sleep change, and why some days I just need to be left alone (lol). It’s not just a tracker, it’s like someone finally handed me the manual to my own body.

But the feature that made me send this link to literally everyone? You can add a partner. I linked my boyfriend and now he gets gentle nudges about where I am in my cycle — so he actually knows when to bring snacks, when to give me space, and when I might need a little extra patience. He told me it made him feel less lost and more helpful. Honestly??? That alone is worth 5 stars.

We’ve had fewer miscommunications in the past month than we have in years. This app isn’t just for you — it’s for your relationship too.

Download it. Then send it to your partner immediately!!!

Love it

Love the idea, the layout, and that it’s helping me be more thoughtful and proactive about understanding my body

More than period tracking

I usually only track my period to predict when the next one will come, but this app is making me rethink how I understand my body. It goes beyond just the period and is helping me understand how my body changes throughout my entire cycle, and how to actually work with it. The insights feel thoughtful, not overwhelming, and the interactive experience makes it fun to stay engaged. Super innovative and would highly recommend!
