Dumbest way to setup a printer
Easy setup doesn’t work when you connect to your printer and return to the app.

Most of the time it’s just bad
I’m always having to search and re-setup the printer as the app (nor my phone/iPad) can ever find it. It can take upwards of 10 minutes to print a single page.

I used to be able to print and then I moved, got new internet provider and new update and now I can’t print using my phone!!! What gives??? Help

I can print from my iPhone, but it’s refusing to connect printer to my app I've had this set up for a few years with a few issues of having to unplug it all the time and now I am officially done it won’t connect at all.
Won’t find my printer
This will not find my Kodak ESP 5250 ! I have tried all night ! Pointless can’t use printer now as laptops broke
Excellent copies
Print quality is great. Not too loud and works is excellent as an air printer. I haven’t printed any photos as yet but expect the quality to be as good as all other items I have printed.
Only minor issue is the app for scanning use on Windows is a little slow. I have found if you change destination folder it won’t scan.
You have to close app and reopen where the folder is now available and scans perfectly.

Kodak Verite print and app.
As a disabled user the wi-fi version of this printer is superb, the flick print means I can stay in my chariot and direct all my printing jobs from there with 3 quality levels to suit my needs.
Won’t work/Can’t find printer connection
The other app works just fine finding the printer and connection. This one won’t find it in the “easy” connection procedure. Needs fixed/updated! I can’t use this app whatsoever. What a waste for a printer not to work with its app. That’s all I need this printer for is to use with mobile devices. I have an iPad mini I’m using with this printer right now if that helps. Software version 13.7...I’ll be downloading and installing 14 now to see if that helps.

Good printer sturdy and reliable

This is a great app but they need to make updates to it. Two years is a long time not do anything.

You can’t print documents from this app which is absolutely embarrassing and pathetic.
Doesn’t Work
This app is constantly reported that I am not connected to WiFi but I am. It doesn’t do anything that I need. Totally useless
Won’t load
I can’t even get the app to open. It used to work, now it doesn’t. How can I print if I can’t even open the app? If the app doesn’t work, nor does the printer.
Problems
The printer was a little hard to get used to, once I got used to it, I was fine. After 6 months, the printer/ app was almost impossible to use. The app kept crashing, the printer always says “make sure the configuration of WiFi.”, no WiFi’s will show up when I connect it to WiFi, the list goes on.
Quarter-prints
The printer was ready to use out of the box. I found it quick and easy to download and install the app. It’s pretty easy to print photos, but it would be much better if layout options existed (instead of just size of paper) and could pull from “favorites.” However the biggest problem is that it won’t stay connected to the printers WiFi, leaving quarter or third prints and wasting ink, paper, time, and patience.

Defaults to color mode all the time!
There is a printer ink conspiracy. I swear it! If the color cartridge runs out you cannot use the black ink only. Unless you buy a new color cartridge it will not work. I never use color in an effort to avoid this issue. It’s a great annoyance having to toggle the color off each time you print something!!!
