First time user for gaining data in another country
I’ve never attempted to have data roaming before, but technology for tickets and maps required it.
It was easy to set up and prepare for. As well as convenient for topping up more data.
The instructions they provide are easy to understand and when it was time to turn on I had no issues. It’s been working great for me this far.

Best experience of e-sim
First time using an e-sim ~ very quickly kicked in & super easy. Highly recommend for travelling.
Issue with data usage
I had an issue with using data after eSIM installation. When I contacted customer service for help, it was resolved in no time. Excellent service.

I set it up once then I just buy the package I want for the country I’m visiting. When I come back, I deactivate it. Then get another package for another country I’m visiting … activate it (literally just a swipe). Super app.
