I ordered a really cute dress with only looking through the app for 5 minutes. After a week, it still says processing so I got suspicious and looked into the app more and it started to seem like I would never get my dress. I emailed komly saying I would like a refund, and today I actually got the refund back in my account! I was so shocked because I thought I was just scammed. I might have to reorder the dress but it is still suspicious when all the reviews on items are near the same date and end with the same letter.

I wouldn’t use this app
I ordered two shirts and boots from this app and got a weird email saying that one of the items was out of stock and that I could log in and view which when I went to the app it never said anything about which product was out of stock so then I put in a help ticket thing through the app and got an email that said they’d respond within 24 hours (I requested a refund). Instead of honoring my refund they sent me a message saying “how about we send the ones which are in stock first and we will ship the unavailable item when it is restocked” basically telling me how about we do it their way and I’m stuck with this purchase….. I’ve never had a problem like this on ZAFUL or SHEIN so save your money and don’t use KOMILY!!!!

Be carful, I believe I was scammed.
Firstly majority of the clothing review pictures on the app are what seems to be Chinese women so I don’t believe anyone else who’s ordered have actually received orders. Secondly majority of the pictures of clothes on the app look photoshopped versus actual graphic T shirts and Sweatshirts. I ordered Sep 3rd and according to tracking via the Komily app my package was delivered October 3rd (I paid for 5-10 day shipping and it took well over that) but checking my Ring doorbell camera, and my mailbox nothing was ever delivered. I also contacted USPS and they said there was never a package transferred to them. My bank refunded my money but I still am upset because I never received the order. Customer service also was pretty rude.

Canceling is hard
First off I would like to say that the actual shopping itself is very easy and the clothes are very cute. However, I ordered a dress and as I thought about it more I decided I wanted to cancel because I wanted another colour. I sent a message saying I wanted to cancel and there was no response for a good 4 days before it alerted me the packaged "shipped" and the only message I got back said "thank you for your continued support"
Although I do really enjoy shopping here, the clothes are great, plenty of discounts, I am a little upset that it never cancelled and I didn't get a response for multiple days besides the fact that they alerted me someone should answer within 24hrs.

I ordered a $70.31 order of 4 items and that I placed last month 9/14/21 and I still haven’t received any items and only shows one item was sent out and I also had an email saying the item that got sent out wasn’t no longer available that you would refund me the money back I haven’t seen anything in my account and not sure what is even being mailed out to I spend my money and haven’t received any more updates on my items I would like to know where my purchases are and when I’m going to be receiving them I also was told if I wrote my Review I would also get back $30.00 in my account
