Can’t even sign up

The app or the website won’t let me sign up and get a subscription. When hitting the get started button. It takes me to the log in and won’t go anywhere from there. The website is the same way. Trying to give them money for the product and service they’re provide but can’t log in if I don’t have a account. So I can’t sign up without a log in. Crazy

Loved it until they removed the boxes

My dogs loved getting their monthly Kong box, which were well worth the money spent. Once Kong stopped sending them out, I cancelled. I used the app regularly, but without the monthly box, I lost all interest. 😢

Sad Change

I write this review after finding out there will be no more boxes after february. I loved both the app and the actual things I got out of it. The boxes were amazing and me and my dog will be missing them. Customer service A+, quality of toys and treats A+, vet help A+. Never tried their lifestyle coach thing. So yes, I give 4 stars as they will no longer be doing the monthly box. Will not to subscribing to the new version ☹️.
