I have really enjoyed my experience using Kongapay for transfers, savings and bill payments!
App is trash
This app is just a trash and an unsuccessful platform to join. No good customer relation with customer care. There background crew member and tech support are useless and trash not working on weekends. They don’t even have clues to solve issues. Please guys I warned you don’t download talkless of registration they will traumatize you break you and still leave you to suffer

Transaction pin blocked
I deposited my money inside your app but couldn’t withdraw it, anytime I tried withdrawing it keeps showing me that my transaction pin is incorrect which I know is correct, and you also told me to contact your support which I also did multiple times but they’re not even solving the problem. This app is a stressful honestly

Y’all block my account with my money in it without any reason telling me inappropriate transactions Ontop my money I send receipts and everything y’all requested for yet didn’t unblock and inconvenient me while I got stranded with my urgent funds in the account
