Following 1.1's redesign, version 1.2 brings a second polish pass across the app. Typography is tighter, micro-interactions for correct and incorrect quiz answers are refined, and iPad layouts now fill the screen instead of crowding the center. The on-device Apple Intelligence Conjugation Tutor is retuned for users running the app in German. Grammar terminology aligns with the app's German conventions throughout, refusal copy is localized for off-topic questions, and a new explanatory row appears when Apple Intelligence isn't available on your device. Version 1.2 also adds the Rückumlaut weak verbs: bringen / brachte, denken / dachte, kennen / kannte, brennen / brannte, senden / sandte, which have historically anomalous past-tense conjugations that trip up native and non-native speakers alike. Bug fixes: the German flag emoji now renders correctly on iOS 26, a rare quiz crash on the dot-row indicator is resolved, an iPad navigation race condition no longer interrupts info browsing, and the bratwurst alternate icon's Settings thumbnail is sharper.
