Purchased a Kore 2.0 watch and couldn’t activate it due to the app not working. Whats the point of selling a watch if you can’t activate it?

Every time I attempt to log in, an error message comes up, but doesn’t give me a solution to the problem. Very disappointing!

It won’t allow me to connect to the app
i used every option it won’t allow me to connect to the app. a waste of money
Error something was wrong?
Was logged in just fine. Paid 20 dollars and it crashed and logged me out. Now it just says error something was wrong. Can’t find a support line to fix. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times and changing password but nothing. That’s garbage and money wasted.

Whenever I try and log in it comes up with ‘error something was wrong’ despite correct information. The watch itself is good but the app isn’t, I would leave a higher review but the whole point of a smart watch is to be able to connect it to your phone. Please fix the app!

Unable to open an account
I got the scale but can’t open an account to pair it with. It keeps telling me Error after trying different emails and several attempts.

I would give this app an honest review if I was able to log in. If I try to sign up or sign in to any account it just spits back an error “something was wrong”
Can’t open account after installing app
I was gifted someone’s old kore watch. Tried to open an account after installing app to use the watch but keep getting error message.

Horrendous now
First negative review I’ve written. Customer service is horrendous. Login doesn’t work. I’ve emailed and messaged. Canceling now.
The app won’t let me log in.
When I open the app it says I need to log in and then tells me “Something went wrong”. I then try to reset my password and never receive the email in my inbox or my junk mail. I can’t use my scale and am paying a subscription fee.

Unable to log in
I have been unable to log into this app. It says it sends your password reset link, but the email never shows up no matter how many times you hit the button. I’ve emailed customer support with no response. Considering I have to pay $20 a month just to use this app I expect to be able to log into it.

Won’t let me set up the scale
I got this scale for Christmas and I’ve tried registering an account and it will not let me login in and the password is correct and they never send a reset password email I haven’t opened the scale packaging so now I will try to return it .
Can’t even access account
There is no way to reach support. The links for the app do not have a way for you to connect with someone. I have not been able to access the app after I set up an account.
First time user?
I have the watch. I’ve tried to connect with the app multiple times using Facebook, Apple and Google. Nothing will connect it. It’s been a total waste of time. I’m actually glad I never got logged in.
No Longer Works
I have been trying for a month to reconnect my scale. My password no longer works, and I never receive a password reset email. It appears my scale is now a brick. There is no customer support, no numbers to call, and absolutely no help for this situation. Other reviewers have simply received a “we will forward you complaint to the developers”, but my research shows that the company may no longer exist!
