It doesn’t even deserve one star.

I was so happy to delete this App for good!! It never works. I’ve had the same exact password for this app since I’ve had it but I have to keep resetting it because it will say it’s invalid. Sometimes it wouldn’t even work when I opened it. When I tried to pay off my balance through the app it kept switching from pay it off back to make a payment. Awful and so happy to be done with it!!

Solid App

Huge improvement from it’s last version! Easy to log on and maneuver within the app. I can see my balance, make payments, and chat directly to service representative. Color scheme is on point!

This app is useless. It does not give you any information other than to say that your account is funded. I know it’s funded and I would like to see the total due so that I can pay it off.
