Can’t get in
I genuinely am confused how to access this app. I have made an account online and everything but it’s just stuck on MK’s face

App has not worked since their update :(
I love buying Michael Kors stuff for myself, my wife, and our son. This is one of the only shopping apps I kept on my phone. Unfortunately, once they updated the app, it has not worked for me. It pops up a message that says “We’ve updated our shopping experience”, and prompts you to sign up for email and text. I signed up for both, tried redownloading the app, and the app still will not work. I’m very sad that I now have to manually search for clothes online. I know that sounds like a first world problem, and it is, but why have an app that doesn’t work. Please fix this so I can buy some cool stuff.

Useless App only to get your Phone Number
Completely useless app. Doesn’t do anything other than direct you to the MK website or ask you to provide your phone # to sign up for spam text messages. No shopping, no viewing of points or orders. Nothing.

My app won’t open and is stuck in a page that says signup for sms which I already did or go to website.
App is broken
App no longer works. It says to go to the website or sign up for SMS, which I’ve already done. I go sign in on the website then go back to the app and nothing. I figured you had to sign in through the website to access the app but it’s still not working. I wanted to buy a new purse but I don’t want to do it through the website on my phone.

Infelizmente fiquei sem o presente no aniversário! E não tive suporte tudo muito lento ! Não moro aqui e meu inglês É horrível e isso dificulta muito mais ! Me lembro das celebridades que eu convivia no país falando da Marca acredito que o melhor seja ir até a loja mesmo , pois o on line para mim não funcionou! There is no app. You download a bookmark to go to the website. It’s useless.
Updated App
Since the APP was “Updated our shopping experience” the app does not open at all. You cannot move past this “announcement” of a better experience. Lame, so not a better experience. Literally has rendered the app useless and non-functional.

It only says go to the website. I can't use the app only welcome page appear after opening.
So the app forces you to sign up for email or text spam so you can shop

App as soon as I open it keeps asking to either go to the website or two verify my phone number through SMS I did do the phone thing and when I close app and go back in still asks for the same thing

It only says sign up for sms or go to website it’s not even an app at that point because that’s the only screen it takes you to. I don’t want to use the website I wanna use the app but can’t because it isn’t working, even deleted and redownloaded
