The app seems great overall, however it slows down and start lagging after using it for few seconds. You should definitely look into it. Also it seems like we can’t place Target And Stop loss together on Normal order, Because GTT order doesn’t seems to get triggered for me several times. It would be meaningless if they don’t get triggered right. So it would be really great if we could place target and stoploss on normal order as well. Please look into this suggestion.

Login issue
Login problem app not responding stuck at login screen
Worst app ever
This is hands down one of the most unreliable trading platforms I’ve used.
For the second time, I placed a stop-loss and my position got forcefully squared off without the price even touching my SL. That’s not “market volatility” — that’s broken execution. When real money is involved, this is unacceptable.
I’ve also cleared brokerage and all visible charges multiple times, yet I log in a couple of days later and somehow my account shows a negative balance again. No breakdown, no explanation — just silent deductions. That’s not just poor UX, that’s a complete lack of transparency.
Customer support? Useless. The moment I explained the issue, the guy said “I’ll try to help” and straight-up hung up. No callback, no ticket, nothing. That tells you everything you need to know about how seriously they take customers.
At this point, it feels less like trading and more like gambling on whether the platform itself will screw you over.
I’m closing my account. If you care about your money, think twice before trusting this platform.

Neo login error
I am facing an issue with the account login limit on my Neo device.
Currently, my device had 8 accounts logged in, which I understand is the maximum login limit per device. However, when I remove 2 accounts (making the total active logins 6), I am still unable to add new accounts. The system continues to display a "Device login limit reached" error.
Because of this issue, every time I want to add new accounts, I have to contact customer care, share screenshots, and request manual assistance to activate the accounts. This process is inconvenient and time-consuming.
Ideally, after removing existing accounts, I should be able to add new accounts without needing support intervention each time.
I request you to please:
1. Check and fix this device login limit issue.
2. Ensure that removed accounts free up login slots automatically.
3. Provide a permanent solution so that manual activation through customer care is not required repeatedly.
Kindly look into this matter and resolve it at the earliest.
