App quit working

The app stopped working yesterday. Tried to remove and reinstall and still nothing.

App needs an update

Switching between 24hr and 15days lags and sometimes doesn’t work. Also, if you press the settings key, it erases your history.
Also, the temperature range is limited, it should adjust to the range where the unit is.
Hope to see an update or some improvements.
Machine works great.

Can’t even login

Can’t log into the app. Created a username and password. Attempted to use it and it states username and password don’t match then prompts you to reset it. Reset it and tried again. Same issue. Attempted several tries and it will not let you log in.

App for AC

I’m obsessed with the new AC and ability to control it from the KOVIET app. I have never had any issue with the app force closing, freezing, etc. the app is simple and easy to control my AC.

Nice

I’m confused by the bad reviews. I was able to connect my ac to my wifi and Alexa and everything works great. I can see the usage and the temperature in the room. Pretty helpful

Doesn’t work

Zero stars aren’t an option… doesn’t connect to wifi. Registering the app reveals ghost fields when trying to set up password. This is likely the most useless app ever.

Can’t connect

For some reason they have a restriction set for the WiFi password - I clicked my WiFi network and entered my password, which contains upper and lowercase letters and special characters. For some reason the developers believe that these should not be allowed (it works to get my other devices connected!) so it won’t even TRY to connect- the app just knows that it’s wrong and won’t let me proceed. Guess I won’t be using the app to control my AC unit.
