Promotional offer

I got this card for an promotional offer an can’t even make purchases not even through the qualifying benefits as it states. I called customer support most likely overseas and they can’t even help on why I can’t make purchases, I was so embarrassed at the register I guy like myself with exceptional credit with a denied credit card you guys need to fix it an get it together.

Not user friendly, unhelpful customer service

I got this card as a result of promotion through a health app I use. I liked the idea of getting more rewards for healthy purchases. The app has some bugs such as it saying a payment is due after multiple payments had been made, even going so far as telling me I’m late when I’ve made a payment. The dial that the app uses to make a payment doesn’t allow you to manually enter a dollar amount, instead only allowing you choose the minimum or moving it far enough to the point that it’s many times the minimum, otherwise it jumps back to the minimum. It also seems like payments and charges should all be featured in the transactions listing. Instead, you’ve got to go to another place in the app to find your past payments.
Customer service is repeatedly unhelpful when I have brought up the issues, telling me it’s my phone or I should delete the app and download it again, all to no avail. I’ve also brought up that they don’t give the extra health and wellness reward for stores that are specifically health and wellness stores like GNC. Their response was that I should get those stores to code their purchases correctly. I can buy a bag of chips at CVS and get a higher reward than if I buy vitamins at GNC.
I’ll keep the card but it’s not a good experience working with them.

Sorry for the unpleasant experience, but we appreciate the detailed review. We will take the app interface feedback to the product team. We do look to support incidents and feedback like this to drive the conversation for app improvement. The GNC issue is an interesting one, the standard response to this is: KrowdFit makes every effort to include all relevant merchants in its Health & Wellness rewards categories. However, some merchants may not be classified in a particular category based on their classification with their credit card processor. We will do some research on how GNC categorizes themselves. We do add merchants from time to time as we learn about cases like this one. I hope we can improve your experience in the future.

This is a scam

I just got a call from them offering me a life alert device. when the call came in, the caller ID said scam likely. I looked up information on this credit card company on the Internet and they do not exist. I have locked all of my Credit reports and my information with Social Security. Hopefully they will not be able to steal my identity.

Still waiting for approval

Why should someone with an excellent credit rating still be getting a message after 3weeks that says more information is still being gathered. This seems sketchy to me.
