Fotobox nicht angekommen

Ich bin hochgradig enttäuscht und würde nie wieder bei KRUU eine Fotobox ordern. Ich habe im Mai bestellt für eine Schuleinführung, die Mitte August stattfinden sollte. Der Versand erfolgt kurz vor der Veranstaltung und soll angeblich ein bis drei Tage vor Veranstaltung beim Kunden sein. Nun war es Freitag, die Schuleinführung einen Tag später, und ich hatte immer noch keine Fotobox. Der Lieferdienst, den KRUU beauftragt, liefert nicht am Wochenende. Ich habe also Freitag ab Nachmittag versucht, jemanden telefonisch oder per Mail zu erreichen, damit man eventuell eine Lösung oder Alternative findet. Aber trotz angegebenen Service bis 21:00 Uhr habe ich niemanden erreicht und es hat sich auch niemand zurückgemeldet.. Natürlich habe ich das Geld problemlos erstattet bekommen, aber das änderte natürlich nichts daran, dass ich für die geplante Veranstaltung keine Fotobox hatte. Auch im Nachgang bekam ich nur eine sehr dürftige Entschuldigungsmail. Ich bin wirklich sprachlos über diesen Kundenservice.

Es tut uns sehr leid, dass die Fotobox nicht rechtzeitig angekommen ist und du uns in dieser Situation nicht erreichen konntest. Gerade bei einer so wichtigen Feier ist das besonders enttäuschend. Dass die Erstattung reibungslos erfolgt ist, ändert daran natürlich nichts. Dein Feedback zum Versand und zu unserer Erreichbarkeit nehmen wir sehr ernst und geben es intern weiter.

Annoying to download photo

Was at a wedding with this Photo Booth. Scanned the QR code to download photo (cool). Need to download app to actually get the photo (annoying another app Im never going to use). I download app, and then get prompted to scan QR code to get photo. It’s a busy wedding. Other people already took photos so our QR code no longer exists. But at least I have this new app on my phone now! (Just link the download directly to the QR code…)

40th Class Reunion

Photo Booth does not work and NO tech support

Touch screen not working. Called tech support and was told everyone was gone for the day and we should have tested the Photo Booth earlier. We just got it the night before! Now we are SOL and the party is tomorrow. I ordered what I thought was a working Photo Booth, not a broken one! I better get a full refund.

Nous avons loué cette borne photo le week-end dernier pour notre événement et tout était parfait ! Les petits comme les grands ont adoré. La qualité des photos est excellente et, avec l’offre d’impressions illimitées, la borne a tourné toute la soirée. Nous avions largement assez de feuilles et de cartouches.

Je recommande KRUU à 100 % : colis reçu en avance, retour très simple en point relais. Nous la relouerons sans hésiter pour un prochain événement !

Vraiment très très content du produit. Il y a une grosse concurrence et il est difficile de choisir. Celui ci était raisonnable en prix et surtout la qualité des photos étaient excellentes. Je le recommande vivement. Et il y a largement pour faire des centaines de photos

Reliable

First let me state that I’m a real person not a bot. I saw this advertised and FB and of course you always wonder if something is a sham! I took my chances and I’m super happy to say this was the best part of our event! The Photo Booth arrived a couple days before our party and setting it up wasn’t bad at all- I watched the video a few times! I must say that having 4x6 pictures was much better than the old fashioned strips you usually get at a Photo Booth. We didn’t even use all the paper and ink that was supplied to us, so I just returned it along with the unit. I absolutely highly recommend KRUU and will be using them again!

Compliqué et fonctionnement erratique

Déçu, on a passé la soirée a faire des photos mais elles ne se téléchargent pas automatiquement, et l'impression ne fonctionnait pas a un moment, j'ai scanné et téléchargé deux photos, mais a un moment de la soiree l'application est passée en allemand, impossible de revenir a ma langue. C'est revenu tout seul après plusieurs heures.

Wouldn’t purchase again

I had issues with the first one delivered so they sent a 2nd one. They both end up giving multiple error msgs the day of my event which is why I only have limited photos from my event. It’s so sad because this was my gender reveal and this is my first child. I missed out on so many photo moments because of these issues. Smh
