You must return to only 1 available location
Worst experience with a scooter. You must return the scooter to 1 location regardless where you picked it up. They do not make it clear and it is not like other scooter platforms
Hard to find drop off points
We went to use the scooters and when we were finished it didn’t show us the the color codes it said we had to do to avoid getting a fee so now we have to put them in the back of car and have to drive them back. I get that this is a small business but bugs like this should be worked out BEFORE starting it.(side note if your using it in Galveston note that you must return it to the exact same spot you use it, that should also be a warning in the app.)
