I need help
The game is really fun. I recently switched phones and would like to keep the same account. I don’t have an email associated with said account and the app won’t let me add one to the profile. Any tips ?
Game crashes
Can’t play for the last week. Can’t collect games or anything. Can’t submit a help ticket. HAD over 1350 games. Fix. The.Game.
2/24…are you ever going to fix this or do I just never play it again? I can’t submit any sort of “help” ticket so I have to rely on this “review” to communicate and clearly no one reads them. I’ve probably lost about 50 games now since I can’t collect my 5 daily games.
6/12..The amount of ads are ridiculous plus they’re invasive. Using up my games and then deleting app. If you charged $1 a month to get rid of the ads, I would pay that. But your monthly prices are stupid.

I used to love the game
But I hate how they changed it lately, they grap your game board. Even if you are invited to a game ,
And than they push you to buy game boards .
Very disappointed!
Way to many adds , very hard to get rid of them .
Too bad, this is not fun anymore!

Love the game idea but the actual play sucks for the quick play games.
I lose the game every time an ad appears. Once the ad has played and it goes back to game I wait for my turn and nothing happens. Then I close out of the game and go back in only to find that I have lost. Or the it will be my turn and I can’t play letters but the timer is going. That means it’s not my device it is the game. Every loss decreases my score. Even if you give me more games it doesn’t fix the points lost because of the game failing to operate properly.

Great, BUT….
I play multiple games every morning. I love to combination of luck and logic needed to win. I have two problems. First, it takes many efforts for the game to open and stay open. It takes a minimum of four attempts to open for the game to stay open so I can play.
My second problem is related to the first. When I try to watch videos to earn more game boards I will get through the whole ad and get kicked out.
Please fix these bugs. I play every day on my iPad. I have deleted many apps in hopes that these problems were on my end, they are not.

Used to love this game
This game used to be so great: unique gameplay and very fun.. but now you can play only a couple free games before you’re hit with a paywall. And the Kryss plus subscription is crazy overpriced for a mobile game..
Not to mention: any time I play a quick play game, the opponent always suspends the game on their turn, which gives them an additional 2 minutes to contemplate their turn. It’s unfair and frustrating when I have to sit there staring at my phone for 2 minutes ever turn

Can’t sign in with my new phone because I can’t remember my password
I got a new phone and am desperately trying to sign in because I have many games going. I don’t remember my password and clicking on forgot password does nothing. I can’t get an email or link to reset my password. Help!

No in-game support and the contact-link on the app’s website is blocked. For such a glitchy app access to support should be prioritized.
Fun But…
Fun game, but only five free games and required to watch five ads to get to them in addition to having ads auto run after the turn! And ads are so long and repetitive. Makes the game not fun, can’t. Even play against computer without using up boards for the day.

Like so many other reviews, I do love this game. But $14.99/month??? Really? A year maybe, but not a month. It seems greed has ruined a good thing. At least for me.

Since latest update. Yet my game count gone down like I’ve started a new game. 👎🏻

Le jeu est super mais j’avoue que j’ai lâché un peu le jeu car il y a vraiment trop de pub. Que l’on en ai en version gratuite je le conçois mais là c’est quand même trop je trouve.
Mise à jour catastrophique
La dernière mise à jour est beaucoup plus gourmande en mémoire et est complètement vérolé de pubs.
Au point qu’on passe plus de temps à supporter le passage de pubs qu’à jouer vraiment.
Je déconseille vivement ce jeu.
