Advertising Click Bait
Relevant and timely news stories with a video link are nearly always misleading. Text story is there, but you watch an Ad, skip it only to have another Ad start. It’s rare to see actual video coverage of the pertinent breaking news story. Inevitably, I always end up leaving the app to find what I am looking for.

Not the KSBW of old
They used to be a middle of the road new state now they are totally left-wing. If there’s a sanctuary news cast in a local area it would be KSBW so you guys went liberal, but I guess you are catering to the illegals to get the votes and get the leadership

It use to be my go to channel for NEWs but it has gotten SO BAD That I don’t watch every day any more.

Too Many Ads
When I download a news app, I want to read the news not be bombarded by constant advertising. Then when I click on an article, I see one incomplete sentence and the rest is missing. You’re better off Googling the news through an internet browser to see an entire story.
Stop gross ads!
I like the news article and alerts but the ads are often so creepy that I have to leave the app. Please take a look at what we are subjected to.

So many ads, they crowd out the actually stories.
Not happy with constant news alerts
I wanted to get emergency notifications. I am interrupted with breaking news that are not emergencies. I am not the only one that finds this annoying.

Would be 5 stars if updated more frequently, especially weather forecasts.

Can’t even read an article without several Ads covering the screen.
Not usable on iPad Pro
The video covers 85% of the screen making it impossible to read any articles and there is no way to pause the video. There also seems to be a scrolling issue where the video will readjust the scrolling at times. It doesn’t feel like a native swift app.

What I dislike is the very loud commercials that are often impossible to skip. They are so annoying I often skip to another news station.

This app has more ads than actual news
Here is what downloading this app will guarantee
1. News feeds from the major outlets. CNN etc
2. Old local news. Bob Barkers death is still making the headlines and he’s been dead for two days.
3. Lots of ads. Yes. Ads.
4. Stale Weather data. Period. I live in Marina. The weather is never accurate. Never. Guarantee the forecast will be sunny. And Marina is foggy.
DO. NOT. BOTHER.

I like my KSBW alerts, it keeps me updated on accidents, fires, shootings… great job!
I agree with the review called “Good Station Bad App”
Love the station, but I’m consistently having trouble with the app. It won’t scroll down! So once I read the first page I’m done. This has gone on for weeks!

I love the weather and the new here on channel 8 news and what a beautiful job of the students that send in pictures that they draw about the weather my children are grown up now they sent a picture in once and they were so happy to see it on the news that’s so important for children every where one day I hope my grandchildren do the same soon
