Way to over managed, let people list their stuff if its a service listing in a category that directly relates to the category its in let it be. If I type in skid steer 50% of the listings are rentals is that not a service???
Adjust your notifications
By default the notifications spam you to play games or look at ads. Go turn them all off

Notifications Spam
Worthless notification spam the entire time the app is installed. And the notifications are all or nothing. Deleted it due to worthless pop ups shoved in front of my eyes on the daily.

KSL.com is pretty good
KSL is better than craigslist and most of these other things. We are lucky to live in the central Utah area and use ksl.com.
I don’t buy or sell guns, but I think it was cowardice of KSL to stop allowing that.
And it bugs me when somebody is selling something like a mattress for $1000 but they put it down for $30 because they will sell it for $30 a “month”.
Otherwise, KSL is the best.
Oh wait, I think they started charging you money if you wanted to get rid of a cat or if you had an apartment to rent.
But I guess everybody needs to make a buck.

Love thy Neighbor
I love KSL! It’s such a great way to support our local community!! I’ve successfully bought and sold furniture through KSL as well as purchased 2 cars through KSL within the last 8 years. The new AI feature makes it even easier to create a listing and I love that.

Website was easy to use and very well designed. A pleasure to use. Perhaps most importantly, it was quickly effective.
Great Overall
The new AI fill in for your listings is beautiful. Whenever I have an issue, the Support team is there to immediately fix any issues to keep me going. KSL is hands down best app for local listings! If I could do 6 stars I would ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Messages is glitchy
When I receive messages in the app, it frequently glitches and needs to be refreshed multiple times before it shows the message.
Messaging Gltches
The buyer wasn’t able to message me through the app and almost lost the sale. Messages sometimes don’t go through and you have to retype everything and keep trying. I found that you have to constantly make updates or these glitches keep happening.
Notifications
App itself functions ok. My main issue is that either updated notification settings don’t persist, or they ignore them altogether. Have changed my settings to only messages, I don’t need notifications for the “guess the price” bs, but I’m still getting them.
Bad notifications
Won’t stop sending notifications even when turned off. Beyond annoying.
