Car was damaged

After reviewing the footage for my incident they didn’t see their fault but when asked to review that same footage .I get no response.Car was not damaged when I arrived but when I returned to the front of the store you can clearly see the damage . Also you have the nerve to ask me to share and promote ??? Quick do better . Your customer service needs improvement . Unsatisfied and disappointed

Trouble with account

The last few months with quick whack have been a complete nightmare, although I've had an account for 10 years or whatever it would be it would not let me login because it showed it as my work vehicle. I went through hours on the phone trying to get this fixed. I finally got it fixed able to log into quick quack and now when I go to quick quack quack wash, tell me I do not have an account, what a pain, please get this figured out
