Cuando agarre mi membresía aquí supuestamente había una promoción y pues de ahí según sería la más económica y no resulta que me empezaron a cobrar la más cara y cuando fui para cambiarla supuestamente en la app ahora me metí a la app a cambiarla y me acababan de contar la mensualidad y resultó que por cambiarla me cobraron 15 dólares extra ahora tuve que llamar para que me la cambiaran y me hicieran un reembolso le dije a la mujer que quería que me la moviera a la más económica ella me dijo que si y ahora estoy mirando que me siguen cobrando la membresía más cara la verdad estoy súper enojada por qué hacen lo que se les da la gana y con tal de robar te dejan las membresía más costosa

Car wash not what it was
The car wash is not as good as they were when they started. Minimal next to no soap on my wash. Very poor quality just as bad as the competitor. I’m going to cancel immediately. They hook you in with their fort washed with plenty of soap when you get there. Then after you get just water to wash your car. Very disappointed it’s happened to me 3 times already.

I have a membership so i decided to downloaded the app.. now it keeps saying “unable to locate account.. put my vin in tried the plates put in the last 4 of my CC.. still wont find my account.
