They don’t want to cover the damage.
Be careful when you wash your car there they just thinking about the prof not for clients I will remove all my cars from there, hope you never have a damage there and they will never pay for the mall operation the machines

Car wash
Not enough rugs almost every time I wash the car, the top brushes to clean the car sometimes don’t go all the way down so my car will not get clean. I am paying the top price almost 40.00 this needs some improvements. It would be nice to get some free air fresheners, you have to pay to get one.

Courteous staff, decent price, don’t expect deep clean but the wash is decent enough to keep the top and side of my vehicle clean. Unfortunately, it doesn’t clean the bottom like some place would do

Your brushes don’t work at your Everett location your vacuums don’t work at your Marysville location at your Everett location. There’s never any towels and the employees really don’t care. I’m not gonna pay for a service when I don’t get service.

Auto plate update
When you buy a new car they only allow 2 plate changes and the attendant has attitude about you having to change your new car plate through customer service and refuse to wash your car even though they can see the car on the account and that your account is paid and current

After reviewing the footage for my incident they didn’t see their fault but when asked to review that same footage .I get no response.Car was not damaged when I arrived but when I returned to the front of the store you can clearly see the damage . Also you have the nerve to ask me to share and promote ??? Quick do better . Your customer service needs improvement . Unsatisfied and disappointed
