My car was damaged by this car wash and I have not heard from anyone about repairs or even a sorry.

It’s so annoying to have to type in our card details manually just because a payment failed. What do you have the wallet for if we can’t even click on the card and use it?

After reviewing the footage for my incident they didn’t see their fault but when asked to review that same footage .I get no response.Car was not damaged when I arrived but when I returned to the front of the store you can clearly see the damage . Also you have the nerve to ask me to share and promote ??? Quick do better . Your customer service needs improvement . Unsatisfied and disappointed

Trouble with account
The last few months with quick whack have been a complete nightmare, although I've had an account for 10 years or whatever it would be it would not let me login because it showed it as my work vehicle. I went through hours on the phone trying to get this fixed. I finally got it fixed able to log into quick quack and now when I go to quick quack quack wash, tell me I do not have an account, what a pain, please get this figured out

Disappointing, closed two days now. I am paying to go anytime but it’s closed!
Horrible machines and vacuums
Very disappointed with the machines as they do not clean the rims as promise and they are very rough on the car when you go through their cleaning machines. The vacuum suck, especially the one in Pomona. As they do not suck up anything.
Vehicle never washed properly
The back of my suv never gets washed. It’s like the brushes don’t reach the center of the back of the vehicle.

Your new updates
I have months using the service and today they refused my car because I have a Language básquet on top but it was there before and suddenly it’s not aceptable. Sadly disappointed and she told me if you still want to use the service you need to remove it.

Towels
Every weekend I come the towels are all used up in all the parking spaces and no clean ones and I pay monthly jus to got tell em to refill the towels
