Repetitive
Articles repeat in the different sections. Not enough news or no person to do daily updates? Too many commercials. When logging in, at the start of each article, at the start of each video….
Why all the data collecting?
I downloaded the app so that the viruses and pop-ups would stop showing up whenever I went to KTVZ via Facebook or online from my phone. I got the app and it immediately started talking about selling information and data. It said I was able to request my data to be deleted, but I had to send an email with all of my phones information. Not stoked at all.

Terrible updates on articles. You have to use other sites to get more up to date information. KTVZ used to be fantastic

Almost impossible to read
Due to the excessive number of advertisements repeatedly refreshing it is frustrating to try and read the published articles

Since I moved here 25 years ago you have been my news channel. I feel like you are home to me, and I love seeing all the new newscasters come through! You all do a great job reporting. Tonight I read about Hwy. 97 and all the residents complaining about the ongoing lethal accidents happening. 7 years ago I lost my daughter and granddaughter just up the road a. On hwy 26 at milepost 65, Christmas Day 2017. I wrote letters to every one I could think of including our Governor, and nothing was done.
I hope people can make a change in the safety of those roads now!

All you do is cut and paste CNN articles.
Hard to access daily news
It’s really hard to get to the daily news. I have to scroll all the way down to the bottom of the app page to get streaming news and then it’s in the middle of the daily report. Why don’t you have the latest news at the top of the page?

Horrible App design- C’mon KTVZ
Not smart phone friendly. Images and text are fixed, can’t enlarge or switch to sideview. Yes, and the advertisement clutter is over the top. The news content fairly often has typos, is generally poorly written, and some stories glitch when clicked. Many of the news stories shown are recycled from what was reported many weeks ago, or months. Still showing updates about the Cedar Ck fire in December when it ended in October? The app is so bad I’m surprised businesses would associate themselves with it via their advertisements. Has to be the worst app I’ve ever seen. KTVZ, show some effort at least.

Wrong pictures with wrong headlines, now I’m seeing “sponsored” click bait throughout. I’m about to delete.

Had to delete. Loved having breaking news notifications. Tired of the notifications on what’s coming up on the 5,6,7,10 o’clock news.
