Very bad experience with walking
I have been using this app for more than one year and it is such a headache to get any support from this company. They market themselves saying pet parents won’t need to worry about the walkers but their walkers as well as the customer support team is only good at apologising after not giving any support. I will not continue with this company anymore and I will not suggest it to anyone for their pet. Apparently the senior management is also reluctant and only time you will get support is when the renewal is due. Never again!!

We had lot of people came for training our pets but Kuddle was different. The trainers knew what exactly we are looking for and trained our pets exactly the way we wanted. We are very happy with his service and will surely spread the feedback to our known people. Great service, keep it up.

Very helpful
I took training services from kuddle pet for my pet who was super naughty and hyperactive most of the times be it on walks or at home with new people but to my surprise kuddle pet’s trainer Mr Akash was able to help us in just a few sessions. He helped me understand champ’s behaviour and step by step we worked with him and corrected things. Really appreciate the kuddle pet team for their support

Disciplinary issues
Kuddle dog groomers seem to have MANY disciplinary issues. We have used Kuddle maybe 10 times now, and each time a different groomer was sent, because the previous one was fired due to disciplinary issues? I am not sure how you can send an untrained individual to someone’s house. My dog is like my child, and one of the groomers pulled his tail so badly that now he is so scared while taking a shower.
