Very bad experience with walking
I have been using this app for more than one year and it is such a headache to get any support from this company. They market themselves saying pet parents won’t need to worry about the walkers but their walkers as well as the customer support team is only good at apologising after not giving any support. I will not continue with this company anymore and I will not suggest it to anyone for their pet. Apparently the senior management is also reluctant and only time you will get support is when the renewal is due. Never again!!

Behaviourist Trainers
We had lot of people came for training our pets but Kuddle was different. The trainers knew what exactly we are looking for and trained our pets exactly the way we wanted. We are very happy with his service and will surely spread the feedback to our known people. Great service, keep it up.

I took training services from kuddle pet for my pet who was super naughty and hyperactive most of the times be it on walks or at home with new people but to my surprise kuddle pet’s trainer Mr Akash was able to help us in just a few sessions. He helped me understand champ’s behaviour and step by step we worked with him and corrected things. Really appreciate the kuddle pet team for their support

Disciplinary issues
Kuddle dog groomers seem to have MANY disciplinary issues. We have used Kuddle maybe 10 times now, and each time a different groomer was sent, because the previous one was fired due to disciplinary issues? I am not sure how you can send an untrained individual to someone’s house. My dog is like my child, and one of the groomers pulled his tail so badly that now he is so scared while taking a shower.

I had booked the obedient training package for my beloved dog, expecting a professional and caring trainer to guide us through the process. However, the assigned trainer exhibited behavior that deeply concerned me. Instead of handling my dog with care and understanding, they resorted to using a leash in a manner that seemed harsh and potentially harmful my dog almost got chowked and trying to fight to take breath.
As a pet owner who values the well-being of my furry friend, I cannot stress enough how important it is for trainers to handle dogs responsibly and kindly. This experience has left me disappointed and worried about the level of care provided by your team.
I felt compelled to reach out to you directly so that you can take appropriate measures to ensure that future clients do not encounter similar issues.

Amazing service
Prithviraj and other came to groom my pet . They were too good to handle . They took everything so patiently. My pet had matting in her body but they didn’t cut this . Instead of doing this they patiently de tangled all the knots and matting. They took almost 3and half hours to complete the service. They never said we r getting late .. Amazing team it was . Thank you so much for sending such person. Thank you once again .we would like to call them again .

Absolutely fantastic service! Our experience with Kuddle's doorstep training has been beyond satisfying. Our dog used to struggle with basic commands, but after just a few sessions, there was a noticeable improvement in his behavior and responsiveness. Helpful Training
I took there complete training plan for my 3 month shihtzu and I was allotted a trainer named Kartik. I am glad that I found him for my baby, he not only trained daisen but also guided me a lot as being a first time pet parent I didn’t happen to know much about how to take care of my baby. I was facing severe bites from him and now it been just a month since I started, he doesn’t bite me at all. He and Kuddle have really helped me understand daisen better.
Not only that, the trainer was very polite and always regular, whenever I was not available I reached their support and the response from Kuddle support was always prompt. Thanks Kuddle for helping me, would definitely refer you guys to my friends.

No value for time
Had booked a doctors appointment for 6 pm. Somebody called and rescheduled it for 7pm on the assurance that the doctor will arrive latest by 7. The doctor isnt picking up the call, and its about 8pm and he still hasn’t areived. Its the second time this is happening, the first time I put in a review, I was called and requested to delete it. I did it back then but its high time they focus on valuing people’s time and providing as per expectations. Pasting a chat screenshot of the last time I posted a review and they promised a timely service

Really happy with the service and the cost. Staff spent good more than 1 and half hours and done their job meticulously. My pet got easily comfortable with them. Hope the service remains same once you scale.

Worst company out of worst company as I’m working as a partner there is no one experienced in Kuddle company they don’t know about dogs and cats simply gathering information some third parties and running even my personal clients also got very bad experiences plz kindly requesting don’t go KUDDLE select some other even I don’t want give single star also And all these positive reviews are fake paid reviews be careful dear ladies and gentlemen.

I genuinely loved Kuddle’s grooming services so much. My dog Sparkle does not like baths and she’s especially scared of dryers.
And before the service started, she got so scared that she was shivering.
But it was beautiful to see how nicely the team calmed her down and made her comfortable. She came out very happy from her bath!
Also, the shampoo used was very good! Usually Sparkle gets itchy after baths as even the mildest shampoos, take away moisture but we think the one these guys are using has suited her the best so far.
I didn’t expect the big, professional dryer at home but the team had that! Quite happily surprised.
And last but not the least, I loved how thoroughly they cleaned the bathroom after. I’ve tried at-home grooming once before and those people left the bathroom very dirty. But not this time!

Amazing service
I used Kuddle for their grooming service and they have trained professionals. My indie pup carrot lovesd her first ever grooming and even gave the groomer kisses.
Groomer came home with all the essentials and tools and I just sat back and enjoyed the experience. They made my dog feel comfortable first and only them started the grooming process. My dog also has a few coat issues which was address and resolved. Extremely good and reliable service.
10/10 recommend to all paw-rents.

Very unprofessional, avoid this service
I had booked a simple service to get my cats canola removed. At 11:30 am I booked a spot for 4:00 pm. At 4:00 pm someone called me and said that the doctor was on the way but his car got punctured. I asked them to assign a different doctor. I was told that the doctor would come at 6 pm. At 6 pm someone called me and mentioned that the doctor can’t come as the doctor is saying it is a very advanced procedure, and that I have to go to a clinic.
I wasted full day while my cat was in discomfort.
Very poor and unprofessional service. Avoid it.

Best services for pets in Bangalore
Best service in Bangalore to get walker on time always. I booked their monthly subscription for my Oreo and since then I never had to worry about missing his morning and evening walks with offices reopening. They also have live tracking so I have no worries on the actual steps taken by my Oreo.
