Unreliable Product
Absolute garbage. Both camera lights have had unreliable connectivity and painfully slow playback. Will only connect to 2.4G networks. Recently changed my network password due to a security risk and I cannot get either camera to reconnect for the life of me. Do not waste your time or money, better options out there.

Worked great … for awhile

Unable to login - resolved
I've had Kuna products for years. They work most of the time. However, all of a sudden this afternoon I am unable to get in. It says there is no internet connection. I tried rebooting my phone. That didn't help. Then I logged out and tried to log back in using my login email and password. That didn't work. Then I selected Forgot My Password. When I entered my email address it said it was invalid. I tried to contact support and they are not available on the weekends. Unbelievably lack of customer service and support. I am writing this hoping they will contact me.
Update: login issue resolved in less than 24 hours.

Worst security system ever
Don’t buy it it will fail constantly not only that they will delete your email and you will not more be able to reset your password or login and that’s indefinitely they will also not help you we bought ours 3 years ago and now I can not login or reset them anymore.

Worked ok overall until just now, completely kicked me out, lights all blue, says can’t login, when I click reset password and verify my email it said invalid lol.

App Not Working
So today out of nowhere, the app logged me out. I use my password and it fails. I try password recovery it fails again. The only thing that’s working for me right now. Is that my.getkuna.com page, where my email and password work fine. Is this officially the end for Kuna?
Not working anymore
It has been working ok for 6 years but all of sudden it stopped work stating " no connection". I tried to sign in again but it didn't allow me to do so. Tried to start a new account also was denied.
App is dead
Can’t even log in anymore. Run away from this product.
Junk, lasts about a year
Terrible product support my two devices worked for about one year each. Not only did the doorbell not connect, it quit ringing when pressed! The push button doorbells of the past lasted forever. Yes, it has power, lights up, but app doesn’t detect it. I rest it, disconnected power as instructed. Now I have a doorbell that doesn’t work at all. The office light camera talks, but does not capture video. Tech support says, I need a new one. No way I’m buying theirs.

Terrible Customer Service
The app works on a Samsung phone, but I have no audio on an IPhone. Customer Service keeps pushing me around claiming the issue is with the device and not the app. How can it be if the device works as it should in the Samsung app?

These Kuna Cameras are the worst I’ve ever seen. Go on Amazon and pick practically any cheap off brand camera and it will be 10x better. The app is not good, there’s practically zero support, and the cameras will tempt you to rip them off the wall nearly daily…. In fact, soon we will.
No longer connects
This company is very lazy and couldn’t care less and just wants monthly fees. Looking into class action lawsuit now.

The company is pretty much dead. Tried to switch old camera to other email account end up losing everything. spent over a week customer service still looping me between serial number not clear and original account not found…used to be cool design porch light camera now just whatever
Never worked and company does nothing.
Very poor quality, never worked and the customer service is non-existent and they do not provide replacement or repair to new recently purchased product. I don’t recommend buying, waste of time, money, installation costs.

Worthless as a Security Camera. Back door light camera goes black every night its still connect just get a black image works fine during the day I think they are skimping on servers at night. If you like seeing a loading wheel or a black screen the entire time for live feed these are the cameras for you. Get used to seeing Sorry Can't Play Back Recording when you get a event at your door. Also if you want a night security camera better stay awake all night because all the events recorded will be deleted by the company before you wake up. You are better off having a dog for night security. So if you purchased these cameras to get video footage overnight you are in for a rude awakening. Nothing saves and nothing plays back. I am looking into other cameras because these cameras are pretty much useless. The app was great at the beginning but feels like now they have abandoned. There should be a classaction lawsuit for the false advertising for these cameras. You have been warned!

Don’t buy waste of money
This is definitely the worst camera system ever! If you are thinking about buying it don’t. Buy yourself a ring instead or anything else but this one. I would say 90% of the time the cameras are always disconnected from wifi for no reason. And if you are away from them there is no way to reset them to reconnect. Lame waste of money. Don’t expect anyone to help you either.

1st I have had these light fixtures for 8 yrs and only 1 stopped working out of 5. They’re sturdy and nice looking
2. You can’t do a simple email Update. You will have to close account and start a new one paying the $120 fee again to access 4 cameras data for a week. What baloney scam is this?
3. I don’t think the app or devices are really that secure. There is NO 2FA/MFA security.
When my stalker X has to pick up the kids somehow the cameras stop working. It is hard to tell if PW was changed.
4. I loved the discreet cameras and sturdiness of these fixtures too bad this company does not seem invested in itself to keep Up to date and offer anything new, or improve the security of the device
