Terrible Customer Service
Scam. You can’t cancel, only by phone call and it takes a very long time to wait one the phone. Service gets upcharged without your approval and you can’t cancel because they make you wait forever on the phone until you give up
New phone. App stopped working.
Stopped working after upgrading phone. Frontpoint can’t find a solution.
Not that great
I have had these services now for 4 years and the app needs improvement especially when it can be hacked. Needs more levels of security added like security three layers. It needs to pick up cars from the street passsing by as well as people. They have improved the somewhat less but not enough.
Inconsistent tech
The app does not reflect the true state of the hardware settings. And there is no way to force the app to update. Terrible technology for an alarm system that charges this much and a false alarm fee due to inaccurate app/hardware readings will be expensive mistake that Frontpoint doesn’t seem to want to fix their system?

Scummy
Cancelling is like cancelling a gym membership. It requires multiple steps including a phone call and an email in which you have repeat an example prompt. It’s absurd.
