No support offered

I’m getting a new back door, so I need my sensor taken down and reinstalled. There was no information via the AI help, the FAQ link doesn’t work, and there is no Support phone number offered to call for help.
This is a really poor customer experience.

Terrible Customer Service

Scam. You can’t cancel, only by phone call and it takes a very long time to wait one the phone. Service gets upcharged without your approval and you can’t cancel because they make you wait forever on the phone until you give up
