App never works
I can never see the journey progressing no matter how many times I refresh. Most times I am told that the bus has just left when it arrived hours back. Other times am told that my child has not boarded the bus!! or he has disembarked and this notification comes hours after he has come home. Customer service is poor no one has responded to my several complaints!! Why am I waiting out here in the freezing cold for 10 to 20 minutes sometimes longer before the mini bus arrives when I should be able track it in real time and know when to go and pick up my child!! Like I said the worst service and the worst customer service!! They never even acknowledged any of my complaints.

Shockingly poor UI / UX. Bizzare that schools allow this app to manage pupil’s safe travel
I’d give zero stars if I could…
This is a useless app, where’s the peace of mind? It rarely works then if it does it states my son has left the bus about five stops before or that he hasn’t even gotten on when he has!

Here are the main issues:
1. Credit card number needs to be entered each bus ride purchased - I now know my credit card details off by heart but why did you need to do this to your user? What about supporting Applepay?
2. Awkward interaction elsewhere. If you select one day, why do you need to fill in the day of the week?
3. Randomly kicks you out forcing relogin.

Busting
Useful but very limited
It’s a very basic app that helps you track a bus and know if one has been missed. It should be peace of mind for parents. Per some of the other reviews, it does fall over occasionally and send a false alert - this doesn’t seem to be a priority for the developers to fix.
A note to the developers, sometimes plans change and a child won’t be catching a bus (such as being picked up by a parent instead to attend a dental appointment) - it would be helpful to the bus driver, and avoid unnecessary alerts, if there was an option to let the driver know that the child wouldn’t be catching that bus. Surely an easy change to implement?

Couldn’t do without this app
Rely on this app daily to give me peace of mind that my child’s arrived safely at school whilst I’m working
Needs fixing
Every day I get an alert saying my child hasn’t boarded the bus, ahead of the actual boarding time, for which she is always on time. This is a massive tech failure, and a cause for concern for all parents.
Having trouble
Having trouble loading this app. Have tried to communicate with them for a new code but radio silence so far. Should this app work well I can see the potential benefits.

Terrible app
Always crashes. Keep getting alerts that my son embarked or disembarked unexpectedly but he is definitely on the bus.
