Rest days: streaks that survive real life Missing a day no longer has to end your streak. Set an allowance of 1–3 rest days a week in Settings → Streak, and a missed day gets absorbed instead of resetting you to zero. Your streak still counts only the days you actually stretched. A rest day holds the number where it is, it never inflates it. Prefer the old rule? Set it to 0. Streak reminders are smarter too: they now arrive only on the last evening a workout can still save your streak, instead of any day you haven't stretched yet. Also in this update: - Pausing during equipment setup or a rest period no longer skips ahead into counting. You return to where you were - Skip and End pause the workout while the confirmation is open, so you can't accidentally skip the wrong exercise - Restoring a backup now asks before replacing your library, routines and history - Leaving mid-workout no longer leaves it running in the background - Deleting an exercise tells you which routines it will be removed from - A rest setting of 0 seconds is now honored - Long-term streak records are recorded correctly past 200 workouts - New app icon
