Battery drains in less than 3 months.
Worse Locks
They were ok but within 9 months they started dropping lock codes, unable to program code, must be in front of the door to program a code (definitely not what I paid for) EVERY TIME WE CONTACTED SUPPORT THEY SAY FACTORY RESET! GUESS WHAT LOCKS WILL NOT PERFORM A RESET. Really keep looking for another brand!

A long awaited feature to this already excellent app has been added …. Apple Car Play has made this so much more convenient. We now have these on every door including the basement ….. they just work and their support are always helpful.

i absolutely love it I log onto you use it every day 24 seven it is a very good app and the developers work must've worked very hard on it. Yippee.

Nothing but bugs with lock and app
Firmware update. Instant Bluetooth error on all devices. Bluetooth enabled and allowed in settings, doesn’t work.
Matter just stopped working so had to put the lock in normal cloud mode to use it. All other matter devices work.
Lock has jammed twice without any tightness at all. Fortunately have a key hidden which worked easily.
On and on. Bad product. And kwikset is increasingly making bad locks. See lockpicking lawyer if you have questions. Stay away.

Highly inconsistent
I'd recommend shopping around, the brand makes you think leader in industry but their app is very buggy. Frequently logs out, can't connect or jams. If your lock isn't buttery smoothe you will either burn thru batteries or jam all together
2 stars because.. they do offer features I enjoy like proximity lock/unlock. Unlocks when I'm pulling up the drive.

Worked great for 1st year now buggy as hell
Very irritating can’t log in or see my homes anymore

So many different issues with this lock. App freezes up at times and i always have to redo the Bluetooth.
So Useful
I enjoy this Smart Lock since we have two Airbnb cottages. I like giving each guest their own door code. Easy, even miles & miles between us. Recommend.
