Features wise it is okay but consumes a lot of battery and sometimes its lock functionality doesn’t work. It keeps spinning!
I have enabled auto lock when I am away from home feature and it is running almost all day in the background which doesn’t make sense. Mostly this is what causing the battery drain!
Also it has used 10gb of data in the background which is suspicious!
Please fix.

Best app for easy use
Love this app! We feel safe and secure from afar. Can add codes easily, see if the door is open and lock from wherever. It’s the best

Latest version of the app has introduced significant battery drain through background processes. Please look into this
Waste of money
Not worth $200 for you to only be able to Bluetooth standing in front of it. I cannot even unlock the door from my bed for my children when approaching the front door, can't unlock the door from the car if it's raining because of the range. The range says one thing, but you literally have to be standing in front of it. I'm returning it this morning once I have someone home to uninstall and can sit and watch my house so I can make the run.

The app disconnects from the network via Bluetooth with no warning. It shows a connection and full battery power, when in fact the batteries in the actual lock drained in less than 48 hours while falsely showing a 75% charge in the app. The app also showed the lock was “locked” when it was actually unlocked. The lock was “dead” on the keypad and had no connection to the app. No access for pet sitters. Thank goodness a neighbor had a manual key!
The app has always been a little glitchy, but 18 months in, both our locks are frequently disconnecting from the app via Bluetooth with no explanation. This, in turn, results in incorrect lock/unlocked status on the app. Our house was unlocked for hours on multiple occasions.
The app still struggles with the handoff from WiFi/Bluetooth to 5G, making it impossible to use in the “no-man’s land” between the end of the driveway and the end of the street. You can use it 10 feet from the door or a half a mile away. But not in between.
The developer takes zero responsibility, blames YOUR WiFi and says reset/reboot blah blah blah. But don’t you need your most trusted home security device to just “work?” I’m not resetting/rebooting my thermostats/sprinklers/garage doors every week. Just the Kwikset locks.
Don’t trust this app with your precious home and family!

Matter with Apple HomeKit will leave your family vulnerable.
The hardware is nice but if you want dependable Matter support with Apple HomeKit you may not sleep well.
You will randomly lose connection and never know it happened. Remotely lock/unlock your doors, don’t count on it.
You’ll have to go through the cumbersome set up just so you can end up with the same problems hours,days or a week later.
If you like your Apple Home with all devices responding, this product will ruin your day more often than not.

Locked Door From Anywhere!
I love that I can lock my front door from anywhere with a quick click of a button. It gives me peace of mind in the case of an emergency or even just because I forgot to lock it!

The Halo keypads still work, and it’s convenient to share/add/update codes for guests, neighbors, and service providers via the app. But we no longer “trust it” when it comes to true security.
