Constant 403 error
Haven’t had a chance to use the app because upon launch it will only give me a 403 error. Unusable which is surprising considering how easy mobile app development is in 2025.
Does not cover all L&L stores …
This app does not cover all L&L stores … it covers only a few stores that happen to participate in this program. And I do mean “a few” when compared to the number of stores worldwide. Basically, I believe this app is essentially worthless to most people that want to order on-line.
There are at least 9 store in my area of Washington State and none are covered by this app.

I live in Hawaii where L&L originated yet it shows only one in the entire state. RUBBISH.

Useless app
I am in Novato California with the closest store five minutes away, yet it directs me to a store in Sacramento two hours away !
L&L Colorado Springs
The app only locates the L&L stores that participle in the program. If the store near you does not show up, they do not have app ordering
Worthless
Will not locate any of the L&L in my county. We have 3. Deleting app, not even sure they created it.
Locator useless
Just like the rest. Locator is useless, so of course is the app. Don’t bother with it.
Terrible location finder
I have one 5mins away and it doesn’t show up not even the one 20mins doesn’t show up. Useless to me
NEEDS UPDATE
I know for a fact of 20 L&L’s... but on the app it shows... 5 locations.. and I live in California.. NEEDS UPDATE BAD

I live in Katy, Texas and there’s a location here but it says the closest one is in Colorado Springs. There even one in San Antonio and that doesn’t even show up.
No local support.
Has a grand total of 6 or 8 stores. 2 in Hawaii, one in FL, one in CO, and 3 in CA. Sacto, Oxnard, and Santa Clarita.
The nearest physical location to me is 72 miles closer than Santa Clarita.

Worst App
There’s an L&L about six blocks from me in Daly City. Yet the app tells me my closest location is a two and a half hour drive -in Sacramento. Nope.
