EMI Paid on Time, Still Charged Bounce Fee
Very disappointing experience with L&T Finance. I paid my EMI on the due date through the L&T Finance app using UPI because the auto-debit was not processed. Even after paying on time, I was charged ₹590 as bounce charges.
If the auto-debit was not processed on 3 July, it could have been attempted the next day after verifying the payment instead of immediately treating it as a bounce and charging me. Customers should not be penalized when they have already paid the EMI on time.
The most disappointing part is that neither L&T Finance nor the bank is taking clear responsibility, and the customer is left to resolve the issue alone. The payment system and customer support need significant improvement.

Highly Unprofessional Loan Service
I strongly warn everyone not to take any kind of loan from LTI. My experience has been extremely disappointing and stressful. Even after the loan was approved and all documents were signed, the loan amount was not credited. Once the paperwork was completed, they completely stopped responding to calls and messages. However, during the application stage, they kept calling multiple times a day, constantly pressuring me to finish the process.
The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and careless handling of customers is shocking. It feels like they are only interested until you sign the documents, and after that, they simply ignore you. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable financial service.
