Apple Pay Glitch
It wouldn't let me pay, no matter how many of my Apple Pay settings I changed. I also tried changing my order, tip amount, email, just about everything, and I still couldn't pay. I even deleted the app and redownloaded, and got new reasons I couldn't pay every time I tried. I still love La La Land, but this was seriously annoying.

The entire team at the Southlake location is more than amazing. They are always welcoming, patient and friendly. I love them all so much! I am a lifer!!!☺️🩷🤗
Mediocre app for such a cool company
I go to La La Land at least once a week and I never use the app if I can avoid it- not even to log points. It’s so unbearably slow and not intuitive at all. I get stuck on loading screens and have to exit out and cancel the whole order often!
Mobile Order disaster
It's been impossible for me to submit a mobile order on their app. Every time i try to place my order, im met with errors.
Too many clicks for a simple latte
Make ordering a latte quick and simple. Default the shot size, let me choose to deviate the milk. Theres too many mandatory clicks.

No way to choose the coffee when you get to the part of expresso or matcha it got stuck in there, I have been trying to place a order from la la lands for WEEKS now and I’m still having this issue that prevents me to order with them

Glitches!
This app is a glitchy mess. I don’t understand the positive reviews. I have a new 17 pro. Location doesn’t work. My orders have been lost. I sit and wait for loading between the screens. Problems problems.
Why no Apple Pay?
Would give this 5 stars bc love La La Land but what happened to Apple Pay? Hoping it’s temporary.

Service is very slow. Staff is stupid and more interested in talking aboit makeup tips then serving customers. When paying an average of seven dollars for a drink of coffee service shoild be better

Buffers for 20 min and cancels your order

I can get as far as selecting the size drink I want. After that the whole app freezes and I am forced to close the whole app. Which does nothing btw. Completely useless. Uninstalling.
Pre order never works
This app is trash, pre order never works. What’s the point then anyways
Rewards Not Working
I love the rewards tiers with La La Land - theoretically - they just don’t work on the app. I live down the street from a La La Land in an area extremely dense with coffee shops. I have chosen La La Land over others in the past because I was motivated to get to the next tier where I can get a free pastry with my order. Now that I’ve reached it, it never shows as an option in my cart, I never feel motivated to go over the other places. It was what set La La Land apart from the other cafes, is that they cared about loyalty, but I keep updating the app and contacting support and they don’t fix it, so I don’t feel inclined to go anymore.
