Great staff
The staff is amazing!! Always friendly. They remember you and your order. They can see you from the parking lot and have your order ready as soon as you walk in the door. Pastries are always fresh.

I love their bakery selection and options for brunch. They also provide seasonal menus throughout the year to try new foods.
Reward deception
In my app, it stated I had a $5 reward. I hit the toggle and activated the reward. When I went to checkout, it kept stopping me and telling me I did not have a reward available. I had to go back into the order and remove reward.

I have never been able to use it. There’s never WiFi (or whatever I need) in the restaurant to operate it.
Long time fan
I have been a customer of la Madeleine ever since they open their first store on Mockingbird Lane, near SMU in Dallas. The food is always fresh and delicious. I love their Caesar salads as well as the various sandwiches.
