Useless since update
I don’t use any password to get into my phone. Now I can’t use app without adding password to unlock my phone. I had no issues with this app until this update and was unaware this was a mandatory change in app until I needed to access app.

Shady business practices
Beware if you use this. This app is always trying to get me to renew my vehicle registration, but it fails to mention it charges you a $23 convenience fee you don’t have to pay if you just go to the state website. This is NOT an official app of the state of Louisiana and is, therefore, very misleading. I believe it is because they can trick people into paying these fees. Unethical.

Exhorbitant fees. Deceptive notices
Big huge ads to pay large service fees for renewals which can be sent in for the cost of a stamp. Whoever enabled this is not an effective public servant.
Locked out
Tells me my id is linked to another account (my old account) won’t send password reset! They don’t really want folks to have mobile access to their license and it shows La and it’s money tactics!
Poor technology
It’s almost like they don’t really want you to have access to your license; that’s Louisiana for you.
Trash
Fix your login and reset password. I had to reset password 10 times before it actually worked. Also allow google saved password to be used. This is the most frustrating and useless app just like everything else in Louisiana it’s worthless.

It’s very good now. They keep adding stuff to make it an all in one. Already supports Liquid Glass too.

Horrible service I was in the hospital for two months and they said I had 60 days to pick up my id they never sent it in the mail just jacking people just take your time in go to the dmv people don’t order off this crooked app

Convenience at my fingertips
Steven, if I lose my ID, I still have my digital DL in hand as long as I have my phone handy. Can’t go wrong.
Doesn't work
I scanned my license but it keeps telling me to scan most recent license and I am scanning my most recent. Wasted lots if time fooling with this.
