Customer support is acceptable but be warned that returns, exchanges, cancellations are almost non existent for international customers. I completely understand the no returns and exchanges but please allow us to cancel orders if they have not shipped yet.

Laam’s customer service via both WhatsApp and email is extremely poor. You need to hope your order arrives ok because if it doesn’t getting any support from their customer service is a nightmare.
It’s good for artist who are trying to Figure out what there art is going to wear
I use it for that and it’s really good I just want you to put more clothes in there and yea use it for art not for shopping

Clothes are nice and everything but return/refund process is HORRIBLE
The clothes are good quality and everything but when I bought clothes for my daughter, I sized up 2-3 years but they were still small on her and when I tried to return/get a refund they kept trying to bargain with me. I said straight up that I based the sizing off the age given and even sized up but it still didn’t fit and they kept saying you can get a 10% refund when I paid full price and everything. They said they don’t do international returns and only offer refunds for international buyers. They finally agreed on a 60% refund on one of the suits but for the other one they wouldn’t budge and kept offering 10%. This whole process took like 3 days and the I paid about $150 on this whole order and I’m only getting about $25-30 back. The suits are a set price but for refunds I have to bargain??? Also shipping for this order was $40 🤬😒

Fabric Description Did Not Match Product Received
I ordered three suits based on the fabric description, which stated lawn cotton. The material received appeared synthetic rather than cotton lawn. The return process focused heavily on photo evidence, but fabric composition cannot be accurately demonstrated through photographs. Disappointed with both the product description and the resolution process.

Slow app and poor delivery service
App is very slow and stops most of the times, wishlist items are not all shown after saving, still they have options for party and daily and people living in abroad its good to have Pakistani clothing apps , i have also loved many dresses from laam but other negatives are delivery is very late and high shipping, also they cancelled one of the dress from my order without any consent, they should check the availability before accepting the order or should have atleast offered to change the dress if its not available , i have paid delivery for those dresses, as someone said in the reviews , we need to pay the delivery all over again for one single dress because of cancellation , they don’t reply when shared the problem or just send the automated msgs that nothing could happen
