It would be extremely helpful if the app included a feature to save or bookmark all of my projects. As it stands, I have to manually search for each one every time I log in, which is inefficient and frustrating.
While I do appreciate having access to inspectors’ names and phone numbers, the app should also include their email addresses. There are times when inspectors are unavailable while on their routes, and having an email option would allow for more reliable communication.
I hope these improvements can be considered, as they would significantly enhance usability.

Not great
Incredibly ugly UI and design aside, there is no easy way to save multiple permits or manage statuses of, well, anything at all. It’s the lackluster, dismissive, and disappointing government experience we’ve all come to expect from LADBS. Ugh.

Inspection times
I love how convenient it is to set up inspections but Since the last update I haven’t been able to check my inspection times it only confirms the date of my inspection but I cannot see the inspection window time☹️ please fix it
Another LA City Waste of Tax Payer Funds
App is unable to locate property profiles and information for EVERY address on our street. Classic LA City and LADBS failure to create useful tools taxpayer can utilize.

Big flaw. No back button. So if you decide to open up a page from their menu, which is basically their website, and open up a PDF, there appears no way to get out of it.

I have been working in Los Angeles for many years. I have always found the inspection request process to be a hardship. Whether you are requesting one inspection for one job or several inspections per week on multiple projects, this app makes it simple. It is the first app that has really made an impact in my everyday business. I felt compelled to take the time to write my first ever review! Like the other reviews, if you are doing work in LA, this is a must have.

If you are building in LA this is a must have app. Makes requesting an inspection simple.
LADBS
I have been using the app for the last few weeks. Making inspection request is so much easier and faster compared to any other methods. It saves all the info so you don't have to enter it again. I especially like that I can submit a photo when I submit a complaint. I have been pleasantly surprised how useful this has been.
