None of the menu works

Only thing good about the app are the videos playing in the app. None of the menu worked so beyond the home page and the terrible ticket widget nothing worked.

Shockingly poor

This app makes it exceedingly difficult to access your tickets, and that issue has only gotten worse. I do hope they fix the issue soon.

Tickets won’t load

My LAFC season tickets have issues appearing. There’s always an issue. Had to go to desktop computer login to see them. Get it together developers

App always has issues with Ticketmaster

This app is terrible i frequently get issues when trying to list my tickets. I am rarely allowed to list my tickets because “something goes wrong”! Now i cant even see my tickets! Fix your Ticketmaster integration!!!

LAFC STORE IS THE BEST!

It rarely works.

Network Errors happen all the time, very difficult to login, and doesn’t work at the stadium. Im canceling my season tickets because of the inconvenience of this app.

Does not launch

Get a launch screen and then nothing

Have to go to the LAFC website and then go to “account manager” which takes me to a dedicated Ticketmaster page. My tickets do not appear on the Ticketmaster app. Luckily I found this method...
